The Dometic chilly bins are availabe in 13, 22, 33, 42 and 55 litre capacity and made from durable rotomolded plastic with a layer of insulating foam sandwiched inside. This gives them extremely good insulating properties to keep vaccines cool for longer.
Your choice of chilly bin is paired with the LogTag temperature logger and external temperature probe which meet all the requirements for vaccine transport. The TRED30-16R has been a popular choice or you may wish to choose a newly realeased UTRED30/UTRED30-WiFi.
The data logger is mounted on the outside of the chilly bin where current temperature, min/max and alarm status can be easily monitored. Temperature is monitored by the external probe which enters the chilly bin through a small hole drilled in the lid and is protected by a cable gland.
