Our Phase 5™ is a positive phase change material which allows you to keep your healthcare products under cold chain between 2°C to 8°C. This is a unique product which phase point is at 5°C. It freezes under 0°C and melts above +10°C. It is non-toxic and completely biodegradable.

The Phase 5™ Advantage

Because it can hold 5°C longer than conventional gel packs (which undergo phase change at 0°C, and have very little heat capacity at 5°C), significantly less material is required. In addition, the phase change material can be placed in direct contact with the temperature sensitive product because there is no risk of freezing. This reduces the size of the final package because no dunnage orair gaps are required.

Our 20 Below™ Phase Change Materials are suited to situations where precise 20_below.jpgtemperature control in a narrow range is required for a longer period of time. 20 Below™ is a negative phase change material which enables you to maintain cold chain in negative temperature
