Data Logger Calibration
Following best practice and MOH requirements temperature data loggers used for vaccine storage and shipments should be calibrated annually. As an important reference for determining the proper functioning of a vacccine refrigerators, you need to have confidence the instrument is accurate. This applies to any data logger used in cold chain, whether it is a LogTag, Escort, etemp or whatever. Having a logger present in a fridge, validates the storage conditions are within the required 2C and 8C specification.
